The regional shortlists for the RICS Awards 2018 have been released and bring with them great news for LDN, as all six of our projects that were entered into the awards have been shortlisted.
In Scotland, McEwan Hall, the Patrick Geddes Centre and the Portsoy Sail Loft have all been shortlisted in the Building Conservation category, with the Sail Loft also receiving a mention in the Community Benefit category. Another of our recent projects, Appleton Tower for the University of Edinburgh, has been shortlisted in the Design for Innovation category.
In the North East of England, the recently completed refurbishment of the Hatton Gallery at Newcastle University has been shortlisted in the Building Conservation Category.
Finally, in Yorkshire & Humber, the newly transformed Piece Hall and Central Library in Halifax have been shortlisted in the Building Conservation and Regeneration categories.
