Feasibility study into the conservation and revitalisation of a unique salt water tidal swimming pool complex and its surrounding area. Proposals, based on a fabric survey and wide-ranging consultation programme that established the needs and wishes of the local community, include the development of restaurant and community facilities within the existing buildings, the creation of a seasonal events space, and the creation of a coastal park with installations including shelters, look-out towers and artist studios that will be designed by local artists and community groups.
